TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Jesse Kushner is currently a teacher at a public day school in our school division. He has been a teacher at the school for approximately ten years. I have personally known Mr. Kushner for about six years.

During his tenure, Jesse has taught many of the disabilities that our school currently services. The range includes the autistic student to the cognitively impaired. Mr. Kushner has been able to adapt his teaching style to meet the needs of every student who has been placed in his classroom. The students have benefited from the amount of knowledge that Mr. Kushner has acquired over the many years that he has taught.

Mr. Kushner is a valuable asset to our entire school staff. He is consistently sharing his knowledge with new and veteran teachers. This shows what a wonderful member of the school staff Mr. Kushner truly is.

In conclusion, Mr. Kushner is an excellent teacher with excellent skills that he has mastered over his many years of teaching. He continues to function as a master teacher and provide insight into how the students learn to their fullest potential.

It is my pleasure to serve along side Mr. Kushner. Please feel free to call if I can provide further information.

Sincerely,

Terry D
Principal

To whom it may concern,

I have been a co-worker and fellow teacher to Jesse Kushner for the past 7 years. Our school is an alternative educational site for students with serious behavioral conditions and mental retardation. During the time we have worked together I have observed that Jesse Kushner has been successful in helping many challenging students reach their potential in school.

I always enjoy coming into Mr. Kushner’s classroom. He has initiated some very interesting programs such as popcorn sales and contests as well as some interesting and practical vocational programs. Moreover, he is very conscientious about keeping accurate records on student’s progress in these activities. Students achievement is validated daily with praise and tangible rewards.

Mr. Kushner has excellent relationship with parents. He can be seen writing daily notes and making phone calls informing parents about their student’s progress. Every year he has been able to engage parental participation in trips and special programs. As an administrative designee, I have been a part of IEP committees for Mr. Kushner students. During this experience, I have been impressed by how pleased the parents are with the quality education imparted in Mr. Kushner’s class. He is certainly a popular teacher in our school.

In my opinion Jesse Kushner is well suited for a position as an educational consultant and long-term respite care provider. Mr. Kushner has been taking at least 30 hours of continuing education yearly. He is always receptive to trying new and innovative ideas in education. With his background, experience, and training I am confident that he can offer a very beneficial service to his clients.

Sincerely,

Sue K

To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the opportunity to work with Jesse Kushner over the past year in the school setting as the school psychologist. It is my pleasure to write this letter on Jesse’s behalf as I feel he would do an excellent job providing in-home behavioral and educational training and intervention services for children and adults with moderate, severe, and autistic spectrum syndromes.

Jesse has been able to develop well thought-out and thorough behavioral plans for a range of difficult behaviors. He has superb ability to assess a student’s strengths and weaknesses and arrive at creative solutions to enable many of the children in his classroom to function at a level much higher than originally presumed possible. Jesse is very flexible and is able to fine-tune many behavioral plans and approaches to working with different children to make them more successful.

Jesse’s documentation of student’s progress is methodical through his data collection. He has high expectations of his students and treats each as an individual. While he is able to successfully work around a child’s disability, he does not focus on the disability but rather the child’s abilities. Jesse is realistic in his expectations of children and appears to have good knowledge of what skills they need to acquire to be most successful and independent in life.

I highly recommend Jesse and feel he would be an asset to any family that used his services.

Sincerely,

Tamara D
