Behavior Consultation
Meet with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and/or the President of the Company at location of your choice to discuss possible solutions to the difficulties you are experiencing in your home. Methods for isolating problem areas and strategies to reduce or eliminate behavioral difficulties may be discussed.

Behavior Training
This service is provided in the home or at the location where undesirable behavior is exhibited. It is designed to improve the quality of life and independence for all family members by assisting both family and child. The core component of behavior training is the training of the family through discussion, role play, modeling, and shadowing to best interact and re-educate the child.
ABA/VB Therapy
PERS will develop your child specific ABA program with you based on diagnostic observation, the needs of your child, and your personal preferences. The approach will be eclectic. However, it will have all components of ABA in place to include the core and basic behavioral management components, discreet trial training, and natural setting teaching.

Additional Therapies: Speech and Language, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy
All therapies will either be provided by a licensed PERS provider and therapist or through a contracted provider, licensed in the appropriate field.
Vacation Respite
Available to US citizens anywhere in the USA. We can travel with the family or remain at home with your loved one. Enjoy a weekend get-a-way or a full vacation with peace of mind and confidence that your loved one is receiving quality care from a professionally trained, experienced, & trusted educator.

In-Home Respite
Extended hour respites available for a minimum of four hours per day. (Fewer hours are available for additional cost per hour.) Educational/learning and life skill opportunities are always provided.
Educational Plans
An individualized in-home educational plan that meets the needs of you and your child will be developed. Implementation of this plan may be performed by a family member, a PERS educator or combination of both.

Transition Services
Prepares your child for leaving the public or private school setting. The service includes academic, vocational, in-home supports or community life skills.

Instruction services include academic, vocational, or in-home life or daily living skills.

Communication Systems
Specializing in non-verbal communications through picture exchange systems, augmentative communication devices and basic sign language.
IEP Consultation/Advocacy
Support provided for IEP development. Assistance also given in developing IEP recommendations for you to submit to your IEP team. The service may include attendance at the meeting.

IEP Tutoring
PERS will provide tutoring in your home in support of your child’s current Individual Education Plan (IEP). This support will help to ensure generalization of IEP objectives in the home/community environment as well as help to ensure mastery of objectives. Tutoring may include goals and objectives that are academic, vocational, daily living skills, or life skills in nature.
Toilet Training
PERS will develop and supervise toilet training. Human resource support will be provided as necessary and upon request.
Vocational Training
This training can be provided as on-the-job training with a job coach, workshop training, “TEEACH” style training, supports on site, or workshop training at home with vocational materials.
